The team at Shifted Designs have Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status, who are members of Engineers Australia and registered on the National Engineering Register (NER). 

We provide structural services to projects ranging from small scale residential builds and modifications to commercial, industrial and Government projects. We work with homeowners, architects and builders to achieve the client’s needs and requirements. 

We work on projects throughout the Perth metro area and regional Western Australia. 

This will depend entirely upon the size of the project. We aim to complete small projects within 5-10 business days from engagement, and where possible accommodate timeframes requested by the client. 

We can provide a better estimate of your project timeframe on your quote request. 

Our fee proposal will be based upon your project and needs, so the scope of work can be tailored to suit your specific requirements.

For suitable project quotation we may require the following pieces of information:

 – Your contact information

 – Project description

 – Existing documentation (if any) including however not limited to drawings, specifications, reports

 – Architectural drawings and documentation

We can discuss your requirements however prior to submitting a quotation. 

This depends on the project being undertaken and its requirements, however generally includes the structural design and documentation of your project.

We typically provide you with PDF drawings and structural certification to allow your project to be submitted for Building License approval.

For retrospective approval of structures, we generally provide a letter of Structural Certification.
