Our Projects

Walcott St Childcare, North Perth
A new double storey childcare with a car park and childcare space at ground level, with additional childcare space and areas of open terrace space at L1. The primary structure is formed from concrete with concrete columns, flat plate suspended slabs and in-situ concrete core walls. The upper floor and roof structure are steel framed with lightweight steel infill to form the façade.
Sutton St Childcare, Mandurah
A new double storey childcare with a large feature front façade. The primary structure is formed using reinforced block blade columns which support the L1 suspended concrete slab. The L1 structure and roof over are then formed from light gauge steel framing.
Seaweed Feeding Facility, Jurien Bay
A facility designed to grow seaweed to be used as a form of feed for livestock. The project is in the early planning stages. We provided early structural engineering services to help ascertain feasibility of re-using existing structure.
Patterson St Childcare, Mundijong
A new double storey childcare with a car park and childcare space at ground level, with additional childcare space and areas of open terrace space at L1. The lower-level structure is concrete framed with concrete columns, flat plate suspended slabs and in-situ concrete core walls. The upper floor and roof structure are timber framed with lightweight steel infill to form the façade.
Mixed-use Development, Southern River
A new development containing a large childcare along with a number of mixed-use tenancies, with a large feature façade at the main entrance. The development straddles 2 lots therefore the project is formed from 2 separate structures with fire separation provided across the boundary. The structure is predominantly timber framed, with elements of structural steel used to form the feature façade.
Harris St Childcare, Bicton
A new three storey childcare with a car park at ground level and an accessible open roof space. The primary structure is formed from concrete with concrete columns, flat plate suspended slabs and in-situ concrete core walls. The feature façade is formed from lightweight steel with secondary steel support structure provided as required.
Greenacre St Childcare, Dianella
A new double storey childcare with a car park and childcare space at ground level, with additional childcare space and areas of open terrace space at L1. The primary structure is formed from concrete with concrete columns, flat plate suspended slabs and in-situ concrete core walls. The upper floor and roof structure are steel framed with lightweight steel infill to form the façade.
Art Gallery of Western Australia
An internal fitout comprising two new book shelves and three new steel frames hung from the ceiling. The existing concrete floors are post-tensioned ribbed slabs and we were able to come up with a system of solutions that enabled all elements to be hung in the preferred locations, while avoiding the post-tensioned cables, and allowing integration with the beams in the ribbed slab soffit. By load sharing with floors above and below we were able to meet the maximum allowable floor loading requirements allowing the client complete freedom of use of surrounding floor space.
